This job is part of the Client Consulting function. They are responsible for Advisory services in relation to real estate operations, supporting data management and integrity.

What You’ll Do : Grow business relationships with new and existing clients, to develop an understanding of data management objectives and needs.

Serve as the primary point of contact for various customers and stakeholders, delivering an outstanding client experience.

Navigate ambiguity, identifying problems and using data to guide exploration of potential solutions.Create documentation, including preparing written progress updates, taking meeting notes, capturing requirements, preparing slide decks, and presenting presentations.

Collaborate with internal team members and stakeholders to develop and maintain project timelines and resources, adapting to changes, and managing stakeholder expectations.

Project management to identify and mitigate project risks, track tasks, and facilitate meetings.Showcase expertise in own job discipline and in-depth knowledge of other job disciplines within the organization function.

Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques / procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.

Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.

Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.

Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teamsWork within broad guidelines and policies.

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.

Familiarity with Google Workspace communication and collaboration tools.Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

The minimum salary for the Workplace Strategy Consultant position is $100,000 annually and the maximum salary is $125,000 annually.

The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.

Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits : 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
