Whilst not a requirement for this position, they could also provide a safe home for any transferrable business when restrictive covenants allow.
The right individual would be an adviser with several years' experience having worked with medium-high net worth clients - whether at a reputable IFA or investment manager / other practise.
Ideally the successful candidate will be Chartered or at least close to obtaining having exams scheduled / recently passed to complete this status.
Pension transfer / cashflow experience would be an additional benefit but not a prerequisite.
