Hiring a Junior Business Analyst for a Healthcare Startup client in Tampa!
Location : Onsite in Tampa, FL (down the line they may shift to hybrid but the first few months are 5 days in office)
Salary : $70,000 80,000 DOE

Responsibilities :
- Review and test client requirements in different system environments to client specifications.
- Conduct testing and validation in development, UAT, training, and production environments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for IT development teams.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
- Create detailed business process documentation, including workflows, use cases, and user stories.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and IT solutions.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical and non-technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in the planning, execution, and evaluation of IT projects and initiatives.
- Assist in the testing and validation of IT solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 1 year of experience as a business analyst
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to identify areas for improvement and propose effective solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to track and measure test results accurately.
