We are responsible for providing a best-in-class experience for students showcasing Bytedance's people, culture & technology through events and programs to attract and recruit high-potential students.
The University Recruitment team is now looking for an individual to support Campus Recruitment in the United States. This person will help with pipeline management, program structure, and attraction activities (building relationships with universities and third parties).
This person will be responsible for supporting the development and enhancement of our early talent recruiting strategy and helping to build Bytedance's student programs.
- Responsibilities : - Responsible for intern conversion and full-lifecycle hiring for intern and new grad headcount;- Responsible for managing hiring manager relationships : Tracking headcount progress, deadlines, and priorities of all hiring projects;
- Support the team with all campus recruitment-related initiatives (campus outreach conferences, intern / graduate recruitment, talent mapping and sourcing, assessment, and interview coordination);
- Work with the sourcing and program team to build a strong talent pool of high-potential candidates;- Provide support for interview training and administrative matters in collaboration with hiring teams, experience recruitment TA's and HRBP's;
- Champion DEI and create spaces / opportunities to develop talent pipelines.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications : - Advantageous to have 3 years of professional experience within corporate technical campus / university recruitment;
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders and build strong internal and external relationships;- Strong organizational skills, work ethic, initiative, sense of urgency, and attention to detail.
- Preferred Qualifications : - Desire to be in a service-oriented environment with enthusiasm and a high level of interest in Recruiting and Program Management;
- Ability to prioritize as needed while handling multiple time-sensitive projects in a very fast-paced environment;- Technical recruiting experience preferred.
