Procurement Analyst
The Procurement Analyst is responsible to identify, build and lead Procurement’s metrics fulfillment and managing Procurement data in SAP.
This person will ensure the implementation of standard processes for all plant procurement transactional activities and risk management.
Will cooperate closely with Procurement teams to provide data analysis and reporting together with supervising functional critical metrics.
Ensures operational and project work continuity and provides direction to Procurement Teams on how to use ERP’s functionality and is the leader for the Corporate metrics and strategies, ensures internal communication and follow up as well as supplier corporate communications.
Responsibilities :
Data Request to suppliers and development of Data Repository for consolidation
Supports Risk Management activities and keeps responsibility for Suppliers due diligence
Procurement important metrics, Tracking and Reporting (Savings program, Contract Coverage, Single Sourced, Enhanced Supplier Management / Supplier Audits, Social Responsibility and Sustainability, Diversity, Payment Terms)
Coordinate the Enhance Supplier Management program on the Procurement side
Support Digital Roadmap
Forecasting analysis and gap analysis. Volume Sensitivity analysis
Process improvement
SAP Optimization and Reporting
Uses SAP in day-to-day function to report key measures : procurement critical metrics, Enhanced Supplier Management / Supplier Audits tracking, Contracts coverage, Vendor Scorecard, Purchasing Price Variations, Procurement Spend Analytics, Supplier Managed Inventory
Plans and coordinates data cleansing initiatives
Gaining comprehensive inter Divisional knowledge of standard methodologies, processes, and technology trends to proactively adjust reporting processes.
Required Qualifications :
A minimum of a Bachelor in Supply Chain or Business Analytics
Experience and / or Understanding of Procurement or Supply Chain framework
Data Analysis
Preferred Qualifications :
SAP experience is an advantage
1-3 years of professional experience
Industry knowledge is desirable
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $66 000,00 - $90 500,00 USD
Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office / market location.
In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and / or Stock Options.
