Affiliate Marketing Associate

Summary

The Affiliate Marketing Associate is responsible for supporting the goals and objectives of the marketing team, managing workflow processes and procedures, and contributing to the creative output of the department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Respond to requests for marketing materials and work with Marketing Manager and Director to track and fulfill requests.
• Assist with content to support our brand presence in digital and print media.
• Proof marketing collateral to maintain consistency in communication with designated audiences.
• Manage updates to presentation decks and work to ensure the presentation desks represent current data points, accurate contact information, and are consistent with brand guidelines.
• Maintain contacts in CRM and other data files, maintain database of opt-out and privacy requests.
• Submit requests, projects, and tasks into marketing tracking systems; document both manager and compliance approvals, and keep thorough records of documentation
• Facilitate updates to Intranet as needed.
• Support file organization and management for team.
• Track changes to regulatory language on marketing materials.
• Coordinate with print vendors, maintain inventory of branded materials and handle some administrative tasks, including expense reports, invoices, meeting scheduling, marketing fulfilment and shipping, and assisting with new hire setup.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of project management, media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods.
• Knowledge of marketing principles, digital marketing trends, copywriting and editing principles, and use of brand guidelines.
• Basic understanding of marketing services offered as well as the financial industry.

Education and Experience

• Minimum Required : Associate's degree in Marketing or related field, Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum Required : 1+ years' related experience.

Systems and Technology

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred
