Minimum of (5) years of EHS (safety focus) within manufacturing, bachelor's degree required and bilingual highly preferred (English / Spanish).
EHS Manager for a (100) employee, non-union metal fabrication. This is a critical and highly valued role at the company that will focus heavily on safety and health initiatives such as building and driving new programs, systems, training & related activities for the facility.
Accountable for driving the safety culture, employee engagement and coaching / mentoring plant associates. Work with site leadership team to build a sustainable program.

Key Requirements include :
- 5+ years of plant safety experience with proven track record of success
- Ability to build a safety plan, execute and prioritize action items
- Manufacturing plant experience required
