A caregiver in this position works Days, from 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm. This person will likely be on site 1 - 2 days per week.A caregiver who excels in this role will : Manage all aspects of moderately complex projects.

Lead / manage medium to large size projects, leveraging basic project management tools to deliver results.Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.

Prepare and complete action plans Implements production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.Complete audits and identify trends.

Determine system improvements and implement changes.Meet financial objectives by participating in developing forecasting requirements.

Participate in preparing an annual budget and scheduling expenditures.Analyze variances and initiate corrective actions.Set and continually manages project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.

Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include : Bachelor's degree in business or related field.Effective relationship building skills.

Three years of project experience in assigned area which may include progressively responsible experience supporting a clinical system and / or data / financial analysis, etc.

OR Associate's degree and five years of experience.OR Master's degree and two years of experience.Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include : Strong Project Management SkillsProject DocumentationProject ChartersEmotional intelligenceBuild relationshipsCollaborative personUnderstanding of Market Network Services and insurance contractExperience with Monday.

Pay RangeMinimum hourly : $30.41Maximum hourly : $46.38The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires.
