Position Title : System Administrator

Praesum currently provides services to behavioral health facilities providing all levels of care from inpatient psychiatric and substance abuse detoxification, through SUD and mental health outpatient clinics.

Job description :

The System Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our EHR database.

Working closely with the staff- the administrator will identify, develop, and deploy new supported standard operating procedures.

System Administrator Duties / Responsibilities :

• User Management : Managing user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and licenses.
• Customization : Customizing EHR to meet the organization’s needs, including creating custom forms, reports, and configurations.
• Automation : Creating and maintaining workflow rules and other automation tools.
• Support : Providing support for Lightning Step issues, training users, and creating user documentation.
• Upgrades and Maintenance : Staying updated with Lightning Step releases and implementing new features.
• Data Management : Importing, exporting, and managing data, ensuring data integrity, and performing regular data backups.
• Security : Implementing and managing security settings and protocols.

System Administrator Requirements :

• SQL & AWS : Basic knowledge of coding languages and development tools.
• Reports and Dashboards : Experience in creating and managing complex reports and dashboards.
• Integration : Understanding of integration tools and techniques, such as APIs.
• Data Management : Proficiency in data management tools and understanding of data security and integrity.
• Lightning Step Platform : Strong understanding of the Lightning Step platform, including configuration, custom forms, workflow and action plan rules, etc.
• Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer Service : Ability to provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders.
• Team Collaboration : Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

System Administrator Schedule :

• Full Time; Monday - Friday
• May or may not include weekends (for Emergency only)
