We are looking for experienced meat carvers to work events such as weddings, meetings, seminars, birthday parties etc.
A meat carver is a culinary professional who specializes in serving various types of meat. Duties Include-
- Using proper cutting techniques for beef, lamb, fish and pork.
- Carve precise cuts of meat using carving knives.
- Disjointing roasts and poultry, slicing uniform pieces of meat and arranging individual portions on plates.
Requirements
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must have experience as a carver and able to work without supervision
- Must wear all black pants, black polo shirt and black shoes
