Spiralyze is a U.S.-based web A / B testing company with major clients like Pepsi, Netflix, CrowdStrike, NBA, Okta, Workday, and American Express Travel.
We use design and experimentation to help clients increase revenue from their website traffic. We have enjoyed high growth over the last decade, providing lots of opportunities for advancement.
Position Overview The position is an onramp to an operating role at the company. Previous assistants have used it as a stepping stone to learn the business and advance to leadership roles.
Your primary responsibility will be to support the Founder in getting all the stuff done that helps our clients and our people win.
You take extreme amounts of initiative and enthusiasm to get stuff done. You may not know how, but you figure it out by asking the right people, googling, and experimenting.
Hard-working, organized, and extreme attention to detail. Most importantly, you need to win! Your daily tasks will widely vary from helping us conduct research (e.
g., becoming an expert on medical scrubs), scheduling meetings (e.g., figuring out ways to get the attention of the VP of Marketing at Lululemon), creative client gifts (e.
g., organizing a wine blind tasting), preparing a presentation (e.g., breaking a complex problem into digestible chunk and making it visual), and running random personal errands (e.
g., getting car emissions, dry-cleaning, etc.). A successful candidate would use this opportunity to learn our business and way of doing things and get promoted into a product role.
This is an ideal opportunity for a recent college grad (or someone smart enough to skip college!) to immerse themselves in our business, learn our methods, and grow into a product or leadership role.
