The Director of Maintenance is responsible for the overall care of the buildings and grounds. This includes :
- Managing all preventive maintenance issues and repairs.
- Supervising Security.
- Maintaining plans and programs and prioritizing work requests.
- Performing scheduled tests of all operational systems.
- Managing budgetary issues and purchasing supplies and equipment to maintain the facility and all fixtures.
- Maintaining and managing a maintenance staff and shop area.
- Ensuring the facility meets all Local, State, and Federal inspection regulations.
