About the Role :
Our team is growing and in search of a Partner Solutions Advocate to provide exceptional support to assigned territory customers.
The ideal candidate can build trusted relationships with both internal and external partners, team-player and can easily handle a fast-paced growing environment.
The Partner Solutions Advocate will assist customers with various aspects of account support and maintenance, pricing, and customer service-related issues.
Essential Functions :
- Manage all aspects of client accounts including but not limited to set-up, order entry, shipment, and inquiries.
- Respond to sales team & customer inquiries via telephone calls and e-mails.
- Develop a 1 : 1 rapport with Territory leadership.
- Provide feedback and suggestions on how to improve service levels, internal processes, and customer support methodology.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the organization to ensure orders are fulfilled, payments are received, and backorders are alleviated.
- Utilize tools and spreadsheets to create and maintain department metrics.
- Assist with various projects as assigned by direct manager.
- Stay up to date on federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Support the team beyond standard operating hours if needed.
- Work with Supply Chain Demand Planning to alleviate backordered product, receiving of product into Nipro 3PL DCs timely, and communication on new customer demand.
- Identify system / workflow improvements.
- EDI error troubleshooting
Travel Required :
Very limited travel with overnight stay may be required.
Education & Certification Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or equivalent account management experience
Experience & Required Skills :
- 3+ years of experience in corporate customer service.
- Customer Service experience in medical device, medical supply manufacturing or distribution, hospital or clinic is highly preferred.
- Intermediate Excel skills are required.
- EDI experience is a plus.
- Experience with Word and SAP is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Demonstrated accuracy in data entry and report generation.
- Ability to maintain confidential and highly sensitive information.
- Ability to resolve conflict and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Trusted partner with the ability to establish productive working relationships within all levels of the organization.
- Team player easily adaptable to continued process changes.
- Demonstrated success in working with remote teams.
- Self-starter : exhibited confidence to make decisions within the team in the spirit of efficiencies
- Participate in special projects as required.
