Job Description

Small litigation law firm requires a full time Paralegal. The person will work as a civil litigation Paralegal to provide a range of legal and administrative support to two lawyers in a law firm engaged in civil law. The person should be familiar with filing in Pierce, King and Snohomish Counties. They should be organized and able to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities :

Conduct research to support legal proceedings

Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents

Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes

Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Record and store client information

Qualifications :

Previous experience as a paralegal or other legal field

Familiarity with legal research

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Deadline and detail-oriented

Excellent benefits and pay commensurate with experience.
