A company is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to serve as the first point of contact for IT-related requests.Key Responsibilities : Respond to tickets and phone calls, ensuring adherence to Service Level AgreementsDocument troubleshooting activities in a centralized ticketing systemProvide remote technical support for applications, software, and peripheralsRequired Qualifications : Associate's degree in technology or related field, or equivalent experienceMinimum of two years of experience in a customer service roleAt least one year of experience as a technical support providerExperience with ticketing systems preferredCompTIA certification or equivalent highly desirable
