Territory Sales Manager BCI Acrylic 250k base + 5% commission on growth quarterly With more than 20 years of double-digit growth, BCI Acrylic is looking to expand to the West Territory.
You’re responsible for managing, developing, and recruiting new dealers in the West territory. We are the largest 1-day bath manufacturer in the U.
S. Responsibilities include learning our sales and business development methodology(full training will be provided), and to fully manage individual dealers and help their local dealerships prosper.
Preference towards an individual that has in-home sales experience or experience managing or developing a home remodeling company.

Organize and conduct training with authorized dealers. Overnight travel is required(Full travel paid including hotel, meals, car mileage, etc.
