Job Details for a Call Center Representative :
The Customer Service department is open from 8 : 00am-7 : 00pm. We are looking for individuals with flexible availability, as their shift will fall somewhere between that range.
There is also a rotational Saturday every 3rd Saturday - from 10 : 00am-3 : 00pm . 4 Days in Office, 1 Day of choice WFH
- Pay Rate : $20-22 / hr

Job Responsibilities for Call Center Representative :
- Answer basic questions regarding NJ auto, home and umbrella policies, coverages, and premiums; assume ownership for thorough follow up on all contacts.
- Deliver first call resolution and make it easy for the customer.
- Develop and maintain complete product knowledge of all three lines (Auto, Homeowner and Umbrella) for NJ.
- Accurately enter and update policy information into the various processing systems and handle phone inquiries.
Requirements for Call Center Representative :
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, communication and organizational skills.
- Must have 5+ years experience with call center
- Strong analytical and decision making skills. Excellent computer / data entry and math skills.
- High energy and motivation to follow up and take ownership.
