The Hired Guns are seeking an experienced Digital B2B Marketing Manager to create acquisition and retention marketing plans for one of the most prominent real estate / lifestyle firms in the United States.

Note, this is an in-person role for someone who is currently based in South Florida.

This highly lauded real estate company is looking for a talented B2B Marketing Manager to support its massive and growing commercial leasing efforts in the South Florida area.

As Marketing Manager you will be tasked with planning and executing strategic acquisition marketing efforts for office properties, with an emphasis on lead generation.

You’ll oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns with a focus on digital, including managing agencies, budgets and timelines for each campaign.

As you penetrate the market and grow your footprint, you will then be responsible for driving marketing programs designed to retain and renew tenants while also overseeing brand strategy.

This role will interact closely with the company’s customer experience director to ensure target audiences are receiving unparalleled experiences.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of digital marketing experience targeting corporate audiences.

You have a deep passion for technology, content, culture, and hospitality. You have strong project management skills and experience working with every facet of a marketing program from start to finish, including agency oversight and budget / timeline management.

It goes without saying that you have excellent written / verbal communications and well-developed presentation skills. You’re a strategic thinker with a solutions-orientation mindset and a strong desire to contribute to innovation within organizations.

You’re proactive, resourceful, and flexible, but you’re also a great collaborator who works effectively across multiple departments.

Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills are a must. Experience engaging executive leadership is a plus. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance group with high expectations and tight deadlines.
