If you are an experienced professional who can generate sponsorship revenue and execute events well, we are looking for you!
In this position, you would be responsible for the following :
- Preparing tailored sponsorship packages and selling event sponsorships to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of events from start to finish to ensure successful outcomes for the organization and its clients.
- Managing event budgets, including resource allocation and expense tracking.
- Implementing effective time management strategies to meet event deadlines.
- Negotiating and coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality events.
- Collaborating with marketing teams to promote events and drive attendance.
- Providing excellent guest services to ensure attendee satisfaction.

Ideally, the following qualifications are desired :
- Bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, public relations, hospitality, or a related field
- At least 2 years or more experience in event planning and execution
- proven track record of organizing successful events
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
In exchange for your time and expertise, the compensation package includes :
- $60,000 per year plus commission
- comprehensive benefits package, including health and life insurance and paid vacation leave
