Corner Resources is looking for a Warehouse Manager in the Orlando, FL area. The Warehouse Manager oversees all facets of warehouse and inventory operations, ensuring the seamless storage, handling, and distribution of goods.
This vital role within the Supply Chain team emphasizes accurate inventory management, maintaining stock levels to meet demand, and optimizing operational efficiency.
This is a fully onsite, direct-hire placement.
Warehouse Manager Responsibilities :
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of - employees, fostering growth and performance.
- Oversee inventory transfers and movement across multiple warehouse locations.
- Organize and plan daily delivery schedules, ensuring timely and effective shipments.
- Lead the annual inventory audit process to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Monitor performance, manage schedules, and provide leadership to the warehouse team.
- Ensure safety and security protocols are followed throughout all warehouse operations.
- Analyze and resolve inventory discrepancies, while implementing process improvements to streamline operations.
- Continuously enhance warehouse workflows to boost efficiency.
- Reconcile inventory records with digital systems, maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Review and approve inventory counts, ensuring precision and appropriate replenishment.
- Accomplish day-to-day operational objectives aligned with department goals.
Warehouse Manager Experience :
- Must be forklift certified.
- years of warehouse or inventory management experience, with a minimum of years in a supervisory position.
- Hands-on leadership style, emphasizing accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Proficient in inventory management practices and process optimization.
- Strong knowledge of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) relevant to warehouse operations.
- Proven ability to drive operational improvements and efficiencies.
- Proficiency with ERP inventory management software; SAP experience is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration is preferred.
