Responsibilities :
- Strategic Planning : Formulate and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expand market presence.
- Opportunity Identification : Discover and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships within the logistics sector.
- Client and Stakeholder Relations : Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance business partnerships.
- Market Analysis : Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends and competitor activities to inform and refine business strategies.
- Internal Collaboration : Partner with internal teams to ensure the effective delivery of services and operational success.
- Reporting and Presentation : Prepare and present detailed proposals, comprehensive reports, and accurate forecasts to senior management.
- Parcel Volume Growth : Develop strategies to attract new clients and secure parcel volumes, contributing to the company's growth and revenue.
- Additional Tasks : Undertake other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the business and adapt to evolving company needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales within the last mile, small parcel, logistics industry or e-Commerce Industry
- Proven track record of achieving business growth and revenue targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive strategic decisions
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel as required
