We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to oversee and manage the inventory program at our contractor sites.
This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory processes, particularly in managing large volumes of small parts.

- First shift hours : 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM.
What youll be doing :
- Tracking and managing inventory, including materials like splitters, construction materials, vaults, and markers used by contractors.
- Labeling and organizing inventory at contractor sites, which include small warehouses.
- Ensuring all inventory is directly managed at the contractor sites, not client warehouses.
- Verifying stock information and unit identification numbers.
- Auditing equipment and parts, ensuring accurate inventory records.
- Receiving units and using RF handheld devices for inventory management.
- Conducting cycle counts and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in inventory management.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to stand and work outdoors for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Flexibility in schedule.
- Experience with computers and Excel is a plus.
