Calling for outside agencies as required, i.e. 911 Maintaining logs and official records. Dispatch, communicate and relay information to appropriate personnel sometimes in high-stress situations.

Establish good working relationship with client employees and management. Carries out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical, and professional manner.

Ensures accurate records are maintained in area of responsibility. Performs other assignments as directed by Shift Supervisor, Fire Chief or Security Chief.

Provide new hire training and mentoring to new Security Officers when assigned. Work with management and supervision to meet global security and AUS requirements.

May be tasked with regular Officer duties as required by operational needs.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS : High school diploma or G.

E.D. 6 months of security experience preferred. Understanding of security operations with a genuine desire to learn dispatch operations or for furtheringcareer aspirations.

Excellent attendance record. Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision. Self-motivated. Must possess strong oral and written communication skills Must demonstrate a safety-focused mindsetSKILLS / ABILITIES : Ability to analyze and develop innovative recommendations and solutions.

Have strong verbal, written and communication skills. Possess strong customer, quality, and orientation skills. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Be able to interact effectively at all levels of management and across diverse cultures. Function as an effective team member / leader.
