PARTNER ATTORNEY - MULTIPLE PRACTICE AREAS

Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 100 firm is actively seeking talented Partners with a portable book of business ($1M+ minimum) who are looking for a new platform to grow their practice, collaborate with like-minded professionals, and thrive in a high-performing and supportive environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individual lateral partners or groups looking to make a strategic move together .

Candidate Profile :

JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record .

Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.

8+ years of substantive legal experience with demonstrated leadership in private practice .

Proven ability to originate, maintain, and grow client relationships.

P ortable book of business required : $1 million or more .

Strong interpersonal skills, sound legal judgment, and a commercial mindset.

Desire to collaborate with firm leadership and fellow partners to build strategic, cross-functional success.

Key Responsibilities :

Serve as a trusted advisor to a diverse client base across a range of industries.

Lead client engagements and provide strategic counsel on complex legal matters.

Drive business development initiatives to grow your existing practice and support the firm’s broader objectives.

Collaborate with other partners to foster team integration and cross-practice synergies.

Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to the growth and culture of the office and firm.

Compensation & Benefits :

Competitive partner compensation and performance-based incentives. (Estimated annual salary range of $500,000-$2,000,000, commensurate with experience and book of business)
