ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking a billing coordinator comfortable in a fast pace environment to support our growing HVAC / Plumbing Service Operations Department
RESPONSIBILITES
Creating and processing invoices
Document content review
Quoted and Time and Material
Review processed work orders for accuracy and detail
Work with customer and internal Sales Engineers to support any customized billing requirements
Work within multiple customer portal applications
Communicate with service technicians, sales engineers and internal personnel on a regular basis
Communicating with customers via email and phone.
A / R management of and support of operations team members within the operations group
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of three (3) years HVAC / Service or Plumbing experience in this area
Personable and works well within a team as well as independently
Takes initiative
Critical thinking
Proficient at work order review and industry terminology
Detail, accuracy, organizational and excellent follow-up are vital skill sets to possess
Proficient in professional emailing and communication
Proficient in adapting to alternate types of software.
Intermediate to Advanced Excel experience required
Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word experience of an intermediate level required
