MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
Provide vision, strategy, leadership and direction for Division Supply Chain to achieve and maintain the highest standards of quality, customer satisfaction, delivery service and manufacturing capability to accomplish site, division and corporate strategies at competitive cost.
This is accomplished through the integration and consolidation of strategic Global Supply Chain systems and information, management and development of Division KPIs, assessment and implementation of Division Supply Chain Business Planning processes, support and alignment of Operations, Commercial and Finance financial plans and strategies as part of the Division Integrated Business Process (IBP) / Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP).
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Global Supply Chain Information Systems Integration. Develop, manage and lead Global Supply Chain in the integration, access and sharing of strategic information (product availability, inventory, throughput, distressed inventory, etc) through the use of advanced data management techniques.
Reduce data duplication and increase cross-functional usage of common data. Actively consult throughout the supply chain for data and process integration opportunities.
Division Supply Chain Business Planning Process. Develop Supply Chain best practices and future technologies, to include standardization and improvement of planning systems, processes and reporting.
Assess the impact of future systems technology solutions in the supply chain and roll out strategies.
Division KPI reporting process. Define division KPIs and maintain consistency of measurements across all locations. Ensures alignment of supply and commercial metrics, thus creating an integrated set of business performance measures.
Ensures monthly review and reporting of metrics and associated root cause analysis action plans to drive improvements.
Division Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP) / Integrated Business Process (IBP). Work with senior level personnel to ensure the alignment of the financial and operational plans and strategies of the Operations, Commercial and Finance organizations.
Consolidate data and ensure data integrity from key parts of the business.
Sales and Operation or Integrated Business Planning knowledge and experience Understanding of Class A principles and implementation approach Knowledge and understanding of MRP / MPS.
Project management experience Management of Business Metrics.
- Accountable for the execution of businesses processes that have significant impact on the overall success of the supply chain and the division.
- Direct impact on Integrated Business Planning, Business KPIs and Business Planning processes.
- Position has frequent contact with senior leadership in Operations, Commercial, IT and Finance inside and outside of Division.
- These interfaces have direct impact on site and division performance and strategic direction.
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors Degree ( 16 years)
Masters Degree ( 18 years)
Major / Field of Study
In Sciences, Math, Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain or comparable.
Experience
Minimum 10 years in Materials Management / Manufacturing Operations / Information Systems / Production Planning and Control experience or related area.
APICS certification preferred.
The base pay for this position is $109,300.00 $218,500.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
