Compensation :

$70,000 - $90,000 at plan yearly

Responsibilities :

• Assess the financial status, assets, retirement plans, and wealth management needs of each client
• Develop personalized financial strategies tailored to clients' life stages, employment situations, and evolving financial demands
• Offer expert guidance on product choices, financial planning, and investment recommendations to support clients in reaching their financial objectives
• Exhibit dedication to continuous education, collaboration, and pursuing opportunities for professional development
• Build trust with clients by actively identifying and initiating relationships with individuals seeking financial advice

Qualifications :

• Must have a strong ethical foundation and demonstrate the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
• Proficient in expanding networks to discover potential clients
• Demonstrates exceptional skills in managing relationships
• Capable of explaining intricate concepts with integrity
• Skilled in acquiring new clients through building connections
• Strong aptitude for relationship management
• Possession of a Life and Health license would be beneficial
• Highly competitive nature is a must
