WHAT YOU'LL DO

We are seeking an experienced Bi-Lingual Human Resources Manager to oversee and supervise the HR operations across multiple states (WA, OR, CA, NC, FL) for our company for approximately 250 employees.

The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in HR laws, processes and best practices, have outstanding people skills, and be a strong change manager.

This role is responsible for both strategic and tactical HR operations.

  • Responsible for Talent Acquisition, Training and Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Succession Planning, Safety and Worker's Compensation
  • Manages company participation in temporary labor programs, including H2-A and H2-B programs.
  • Partner with management on escalated employee relations issues providing conflict resolution, coaching, counsel, and recommendations in resolution of issues
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees providing excellent customer service and follow through to resolve HR and employment related issues
  • Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are applied consistently and ensure HR systems are accurately maintained.

Requirements :

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

  • Bi-lingual Spanish required
  • Bachelor's degree in business, HR, accounting or similar or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • 2+ years in leadership or management role
  • Human Resources experience in WA and / or CA required
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or agriculture strongly preferred

COMPENSATION

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.

Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Dependent on the position offered, other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits.

The target hiring range for this position is $85,000-$105,000 per year, depending on experience.
