We are Le Bleu Enterprises, the leading and largest Home and Office Bottled Water Delivery company in NC and SC. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our dynamic team.

As Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, recruiting, training and managing an outside B-B sales team and expanding our market presence in the beverage industry.

Le Bleu produces and delivers Ultra-Pure Water, the purist water available, tested pure by independent labs to parts per trillion.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales Growth : Responsible for outside Sales strategies and execution to achieve objectives of the outside, B-B sales team.
  • Team Leadership : Recruits, trains and manages the Le Bleu outside sales team (B-B) to achieve objectives and goals.
  • Outside Sales Strategy : Refines and develops our Le Bleu go-to-market strategy.
  • Collaborate with Leadership Team : Works with our leadership team on growth initiatives and other company-wide programs.
  • Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and product deliveries. Generate reports as required by management.

Requirements :

  • 7+ years experience in leadership of a B-B sales team (10+ sales professionals).
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in outside B-B Sales focused on cold-calling business and closing leads generated.
  • A process-driven leader who has demonstrated success in a high sales volume, process intensive sales environment.
  • Experience in building a high performing B-B sales team (recruiting, training and managing).
  • Effective communicator of training, strategy, goals, and progress.
  • History of working effectively across functional groups with company leadership on company-wide initiatives.
  • High energy, commitment to Le Bleu's values and culture.
  • Possesses a broad set of leadership competencies that include strong communication and change management skills, ability to drive business insights, ability to collaborate cross-functionally and effective planning and execution skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, requirements and competing demands in a deadline driven environment.
  • Ability to travel to work with sales team members and customers throughout our NC and SC territory.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
