A Typical Day for a Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) with Edgewater :

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON) for overall nursing leadership within our -bed Health Center.
• Evaluate the quality of resident care, monitor compliance with current laws, process improvements and assist in implementing best practices.
• Orienting, training and supervision of team members.
• Assist in resident evaluations, and serve as a liaison for team member shift transitions.
• Participate in surveys and inspections by various government agencies and more!

Current Opening :

Full-Time : Monday - Friday, am-pm with flexible hours, Rotating On-Call schedule throughout the month, including every rd weekend

Compensation : The starting pay for this role is $, - $, annually and will be based on years of experience.
