The Role :

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Technical Training Coordinator. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and facilitating technical training programs for our employees.

The Technical Training Coordinator will collaborate with various departments to assess training needs, develop training materials, and ensure the successful execution of training sessions.

Responsibilities :

  • Training Needs Assessment :
  • Collaborate with department managers and team leads to identify technical training needs.
  • Conduct surveys and interviews to gather information on skill gaps and training requirements.
  • Training Program Development :
  • Design, develop, and update technical training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Training Coordination :
  • Schedule and coordinate technical training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Arrange logistics, including training room setup, equipment, and materials.
  • Facilitation and Delivery :
  • Conduct engaging and effective training sessions for employees, utilizing various training methods.
  • Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Documentation and Reporting :
  • Maintain accurate records of training attendance, feedback, and results.
  • Generate regular reports on training activities, including completion rates and performance metrics.
  • Technology Integration :
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in technology to enhance training programs.
  • Explore and implement innovative training delivery methods, such as e-learning platforms.
  • Feedback and Continuous Improvement :
  • Gather feedback from participants to improve training content and delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously enhance the overall training program.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience working In a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Proven experience in technical training coordination and facilitation.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently.

Compensation : $57,000 - $75,000 base annually, which is just one aspect of our total compensation package. In addition to the salary, this position is eligible for a potential annual bonus and equity! Actual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
