JOB TITLE : Training Coordinator, Global Commercial

JOB SUMMARY

This role requires an experienced, collaborative, and accountable individual who can work autonomously, as well as part of the global commercial training team to coordinate the planning, delivery, tracking, and measurement of global commercial sales and product training.

The role supports project management, communication plans, design, development, and delivery of training. The role also provides input and management of a new website platform and help with organization, delivery and complex problem-solving in the training environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Collaborate and support global trainers with global and regional training delivery for Therapeutic Systems, Cell & Gene Therapy, and Sales Excellence applications along with additional focus areas in the future as the business evolves.
  • Contributes to scalable, trackable, and accessible training strategies.
  • Supports the process of updating various training documents (presentations, eLearning & videos) including training policies and procedures as required.
  • Familiar with document regulatory and legal approval processes to support quality control and regulatory feedback with necessary edits, to ensure materials are customer facing ready.
  • Maintains a traceable, basic-level competency in limited assigned applications for TS, CTT and Sales training.
  • Works with global trainers and other departments to develop training tools & assessments to aid in the training of new clinical, implementation, sales specialists, associates, distributors, and customers as required.
  • Supports design and web-based inputs to migrate current training content on the dot com website to a new platform. Takes the initiative to suggest creative design ideas that will ensure all web-training content is consistent across the different business areas and displayed in an attractive and easily accessible manner for both customers, distributors, and internal associates.
  • Assists Global Training Manager with the development of new product launch training, when required, per launch timelines and in a collaborative team environment.
  • Supports development, roll out, and collection of the annual Training Needs Analysis for all commercial associates and formats data in a manner that is easily analyzed and action oriented.
  • Supports roll out, implementation, tracking, and maintenance of interactive learning tools for global sales and business teams.
  • Documents and provides written solutions to recurring training related problems.
  • Assists global trainers with clinical trials, human factors studies including design, site selection, and monitoring of training outcomes as and when required.
  • Provides design input, develops, validates, and implements support tools for troubleshooting and optimization of Terumo BCT products and applications as required.
  • Manages training related projects as needed; scheduling and leading meetings, capturing critical notes and next steps, ensure action items are completed on time, provides clarity and direction when required, etc.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Education

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered.

Experience

Minimum 5 years' experience, preferably in sales, marketing, or clinical training environment.

Skills

Global Perspective and Customer Focus : Curiosity and ability to assess global customer needs, market trends, and competition within the context of responsibilities and projects while working with the Global Training Manager(s).

Plans and Aligns : Demonstrated ability to support and manage several projects simultaneously. Balance timelines, priorities, and deliverables in an organized, agile fashion.

  • Ability to run and analyze reports from SFDC, Power BI, and internal reporting platforms.
  • Action Oriented : Ability to catalogue, update, and manage training assets on a Learning Management System (eg, Success Factors).

Proficient submitting, tracking, and managing multiple files and assets in a regulated document environment (e.g. Veeva Vault / TruSource).

  • Manages Complexity : Ability to diagnose, understand, and solve complex system issues in a collaborative, conclusive manner.
  • Tech Savvy : Knowledge and use of relevant PC software applications and skills to use them effectively. Experience working with and desire to remain current on modern training platforms and technology.

Comfort level with learning how to run and analyze reports from SFDC, PowerBI, internal reporting platforms, etc.

Communicates Effectively : Demonstrated ability to communicate inclusively, effectively and in a timely fashion both verbally and in writing.

Easily adapts communication style depending upon situation and setting while creating an open, safe environment for communication to occur.

Ability to communicate technical material in a non-technical manner.

An equivalent competency level acquired through a variation of these qualifications may be considered.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Typical Office Environment requirements include reading, speaking, hearing, close vision, walking, bending, sitting, and occasional lifting to 20 pounds.

Target Pay Range : $69,100.00to$86,300.00 -Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data

Target Bonus on Base : 7.0%
