Your Opportunity : Acrylic Design Associates, a division of Taylor Corporation, is looking for an experienced Sourcing Analyst to join their team in Plymouth, MN! This position focuses on supply chain dynamics - these include supply chain management, innovation, and cost containment;

coordinating with department members directly in the acquisition and expediting of materials and services; and coordinating inventory levels.

Your Responsibilities :

• Working with current and new vendors as needed for production and facility requirements with a total cost perspective and smooth flow of product
• Market and product research
• Review standard agreements and contracts
• Supplier management including-Negotiation, qualification, and assessment
• Coordinating purchases and prices with vendors, estimators, and sales
• Forwarding RFQs to suppliers
• Establish and review supplier pricing models and terms
• Creating, forwarding and monitoring / tracking Purchase Orders and support materials. Expediting POs to ensure timely delivery
• Working with suppliers on quality assurance and intervening to correct product issue
• Approve POs as needed by limits
• Establish lead time system and communications
• Work with compliance team
• Review expenses as needed including credit cards
• Develop Taylor and ADA sustainability practices and products
• Process returns and defective material claims
• System updates on vendor data and pricing
• Reconcile invoices to POs

You Must Have :

• Bachelor's degree in a related area of specialty
• 3+ years of experience in sourcing / procurement

We Would Prefer :

• General understanding of retail displays and fixtures
• General understanding of manufacturing operations and operating systems within the plastics industry
