Compensation : $100,000 - $140,000 + bonuses + great benefits
Compensation :
$100,000 - $140,000 + Bonuses
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement detailed case strategies to achieve the best outcomes for clients in family law matters
- Oversee and approve all legal documents prepared by support staff
- Participate in mediations, depositions, and negotiations for settlements
- Review and respond to discovery requests effectively
- Represent clients in various legal proceedings such as status conferences and motion hearings
- Draft important legal documents including parenting plans, settlement agreements, and final orders
- Conduct thorough legal research to support cases
- Ensure clear and constant communication with clients throughout the legal process
Qualifications :
- Must have a solid foundation in practicing family law in Atlanta, GA
- Proficient in conducting legal research and possessing exceptional legal writing skills
- Must exhibit traits of confidence, attention to detail, self-motivation, and strong leadership capabilities
- Should demonstrate compassion, accountability, and a willingness to continuously learn and grow
- Capable of developing and implementing comprehensive case strategies customized to achieve the best outcomes for clients
- Ability to handle a wide range of cases from simple uncontested divorces to complex contested cases involving children and assets
- Should have trial experience and demonstrate mastery in this area
- Must be highly organized and able to effectively manage deadlines and prioritize caseload responsibilities
