Job Description :
- Provide routine individualized care to seniors or persons with disabilities
- Monitor and report changes in client's health status
- Assist with non-medical daily activities which include : companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, medication reminders, personal care, dementia supervision, etc.
- Drive clients / errands
- Be on call as a Caregiver.
- Be able to do full transfers, stand by assist, safety supervision
