Responsibilities
- Process endorsements and document in the Agent Management System. ( Hawksoft )
- Track renewal policies and payments
- Handle Billing Questions and Payments as needed.
- Handle incoming claim calls from customers.
- Prepare remarket, cross sale and new business quotes as needed.
Requirement
- Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Must have ability to multi-task.
- Great Customer Service Skills.
- Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
