About the position. Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Director, Data Centers Project Execution, located in Nashville, TN or one of Schneider Electric’s other US Hub locations.
The Project Execution Director is a critical leadership role within Power Systems US responsible for leading the Data Centers Project Execution organization and partnering with Secure Power Sales, Cloud & Service Provider Segment Sales, and National Sales Force organizations.
This role is accountable for the leadership including planning, staffing, direction, communication, and performance of all aspects of order to delivery processes for projects containing Power Systems, Power Products, Industry & Automation, Secure Power, Services, and other Lines of Business' offers.
Executing these processes support the overall strategic direction of the US Business Operations, Power Systems, Secure Power, and Cloud & Service Provider Segment organizations.
It requires coordination of multiple resources to maximize the overall efficiency and effectiveness of Schneider Led Project activities.
What will you do? Lead an organization comprised of approximately 60 project managers and managers to deliver global best-in-class project execution Partner with leaders of Secure Power Sales, Cloud & Service Provider Segment Sales, and National Sales Force to drive a superior customer experience Drive Power Systems transformation as part of the Execution Center leadership team Manage backlog and workforce size to optimize revenue and profitability Work with cross functional teams including Global Supply Chain to ensure we meet our customers’ needs Partner with Human Resources to lead and execute talent management strategies Create and implement a continuous improvement strategy to simplify our processes to best support customers.
What qualifications will make you successful? A Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred Have at least 10 years of industry experience including commercial and operations knowledge Have strong transformational agility and ability to drive change adoption through inspirational leadership Ability to effectively balance running the business with transforming the business Are forward-thinking, innovative, collaborative, passionate, and energetic Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to balance multiple priorities, work in a fast-paced environment, have time management skills, and commercial knowledge Are willing and available to travel What's in it for you?
