What this job involves :
- Prioritising the facilities’ needs.
- Overseeing the property’s day-to-day operations and ensuring that all administrative functions, security issues, and facility services are covered.
- Managing supply and service contracts as approved by clients.
- Participating in emergency evacuation procedures and handling crisis management and business continuity plans.
- Monitoring the property’s budget and ensuring compliance with vendor invoice processes.
- Carrying out routine service audits to ensure that the team maintains its overall performance.
- Creating stock reports, meeting minutes, and monthly management reports to clients.
Sound like you? To apply you need to have :
- Strong knowledge of property operations.
- A degree in business or hotel and building management, with at least three to five years’ experience in facilities management.
- Good working knowledge in occupational safety and client-centric operations.
- Proven track record in managing a team and rolling out improvement plans.
- Superior communications and reporting skills.
