Job Summary :
UAC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Research and Entry Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on automotive aftermarket data management, with a strong emphasis on heavy-duty parts.
The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive research, data analysis, and data entry, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive research on automotive HVAC and engine cooling products from OEMs and competitors.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to ensure accurate and up-to-date catalog entries.
- Update and maintain UAC's product catalog with precise information.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistency and accuracy of product data.
- Monitor industry trends and advancements to keep the catalog relevant and competitive.
- Assist in developing new product part numbers and detailed descriptions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company guidelines.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in automotive research, data analysis, and data entry.
- Familiarity with OEM specifications and competitor product analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in using catalog management software and databases.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Experience :
- Previous experience in data management within the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of HVAC and engine cooling systems for various vehicle types.
- Experience with ACES and PIES standards for catalog data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
