Position Summary :
Florida Atlantic University is seeking a Coordinator, Computer Lab Support Boca Raton, FL.
Summary of Responsibilities include :
- Serves as a member of the computer lab systems support team for Instructional Technologies, supporting academic requirements and instructors' curriculum.
- Develop and implement protocols, systems, and software for efficient operation of the computer labs, including Windows 11, Intune, Configuration Manager, Active Directory Policies, and Deep Freeze.
- Manage all operations of the Boca Raton campus OIT managed computer labs, including equipment, supplies, cleanliness, and safety.
- Support computer imaging and virtualization.
- Responsible for developing and implementing new lab standards.
- Improve the commonality of labs and classroom computers across campuses.
- Test new cloud-based technology and assist the technical direction for future computer lab infrastructure.
- Improve documentation for software installations and deployment.
- Liaise with external vendors and suppliers.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications :
Master's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization; or a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of appropriate experience required.
Salary :
$49,000 - $53,000 per year.
