SUMMARY
Assist the Technical Qualification Program (TQP) manager and Federal Technical Capability Panel (FTCP) agent in developing the annual TQP Staffing Analysis.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain qualification records in the online TQP database, in accordance with Department of Energy (DOE) Hanford TQP procedures.
- Support TQP participants and supervisors in the use of the online TQP database and implementation of TQP procedures.
- Participate in the periodic TQP Self-Assessment.
- Make recommendations for improving TQP processes and systems.
- Distribute qualification and continuing training status reports to supervisors in accordance with TQP procedures.
- Communicate with TQP participants and supervisors regarding upcoming training opportunities.
- Assist in development of Qualification Standards and creation of qualification cards.
- Support TQP Program briefings to DOE Hanford Management at periodicity specified in TQP procedures, and as requested.
- Support data requests by external and internal assessment and audit teams.
- Coordinate creation and dissemination of qualification completion certificates and plaques.
- Maintains regular and punctual attendance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study.
- Five (5) years of relevant experience.
- Experience in applying analytical techniques, performing various types of process / database / system review, developing process improvements, and using automation tools.
- Experience in database management (interactive database management preferred).
- Proficiency in development and presentation of staff training.
- Ability to create various types of performance status reports.
- Must obtain and maintain any necessary security access and / or background checks (U.S. citizenship required).
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Working level knowledge of DOE Hanford processes and procedures
- Working level knowledge of DOE’s program management practices, policies, and procedures.
- Working knowledge of DOE electronic technical qualification program (eTQP) database.
- Working knowledge of or ability to learn integrated Contractor Assurance System (iCAS).
- Knowledge of Hanford Site mission, activities, and priorities.
- Ability to independently perform multiple tasks with dynamic priorities.
- Excellent reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent communication responsiveness and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.

WORK SCHEDULE
Full-time. May be required to work additional hours as needed to complete assignment or project.
TRAVEL
The expected travel time is less than 25%.
DRIVING REQUIREMENTS
Must have or be able to attain a valid state driver’s license and be insurable on the company’s automobile insurance policy.
Driving, with or without accommodation, may be required when traveling for training and / or short occasional amounts of local driving.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is primarily performed in a professional office setting, including the normal office equipment (e.g., computer, fax machines, copier) and with a wide variety of people in differing functions, personalities, and abilities.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Position consists of sitting for long periods of time, bending, stooping, crouching, and lifting weights up to 20 pounds.

Compensation & Benefits Package :
- Pay : $70,000-$75,000 / annually
