Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Understands the client’s business, strategic goals, and competitive landscape and utilize that knowledge to establish credibility with the client(s)
  • Develops and maintains relationships with client(s) at appropriate levels through proactive and value-added daily contact
  • Point of contact for the client; represents the client interests
  • Consistently strengthens and adds value to the client relationships
  • Provides support for the revenue growth and financial management processes for assigned client account(s) including :
  • Revenue forecasting and tracking
  • Revenue recognition and reporting
  • Supports the Invoicing / Billing process
  • Partners with Functional teams to estimate staffing and scoping for new revenue opportunities
  • Captures / validates scope and product / service details using inputs from internal team members to generate work and pricing estimates
  • Contributes to / drives SOW and Change Order and routing for legal and business / finance approvals
  • Assists with Contracting (working with internal Legal and Pricing teams)
  • Leverage knowledge of Epsilon products, services, and capabilities to provide recommendations and solutions to clients
  • Possess business-level understanding of all contracted work
  • Collaborates with other Epsilon business functions
  • Track and route activities needed to ensure proper approvals are obtained and appropriate team members are updated as required
  • Prepares well-organized, clear, and concise internal and external communications
  • Responsible for alerting Account Leadership of any significance client changes or barriers that impact budget and / or timelines
  • Understand and assist in managing client compliance requirements

  • Able to multi-task
  • Research and understand the current marketing landscape
  • Capable of seeing the big picture but able to dissect it into manageable pieces when necessary
  • Able to work collaboratively with all stakeholders and influence results
  • Build effective relationships that drive results
  • Acquires knowledge of marketing technologies; industry knowledge, and Epsilon capabilities
  • Able to identify and understand client challenges, offer solutions / recommendations and escalate to Account Leadership when appropriate
  • Able to adapt to changing expectations and timelines
  • Good organizational skills and time management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Demonstrates resourcefulness
  • Able to work in a team or independently with minimal supervision as needed
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite products

Experience :

  • Requires 0-18 months of related experience
  • Work experience in an office setting and in a team environment is preferred

Education :

  • Bachelor’s degree (or above)
  • Completion of classes in business management, marketing, accounting / finance are a bonus
