Maintenance Supervisor
Location : Glenpool, OK Shift : 1st Shift Pay : Competitive, based on experience
Champagne Metals is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who takes pride in problem solving, developing people, and keeping high-performance machinery running safely and efficiently. What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee and support a small, skilled maintenance team while staying engaged in hands-on work. You'll be responsible for coordinating maintenance schedules, ensuring preventative maintenance is completed, and leading troubleshooting efforts to minimize downtime on critical equipment such as :
- Cut-to-length coil lines
- Slitters, saws, and hydraulic decoilers
- Overhead cranes and stretch wrap machines
- Facility systems and general building upkeep
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance technicians and personnelUtilize maintenance software to assign work orders, monitor progress, and ensure completion of scheduled preventative maintenance (inspections, greasing, wear checks, etc.)Lead troubleshooting and repairs of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical systems, controls and PLC'sSupport and train team members in technical skills and safe work practicesEnsure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards, fostering a strong safety cultureMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and parts usage in maintenance softwarePartner with production leadership to minimize downtime and address recurring issuesAssist with facility upkeep including lighting, racking installs, snow removal, and grounds careWhat We're Looking For
5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory roleStrong working knowledge and troubleshooting ability of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical systems, controls and PLC'sAbility to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manualsExcellent communication and leadership skills - able to motivate and mentor a small teamA strong safety mindset and attention to detailComfortable working with large-scale metal processing equipmentWhy Champagne Metals?
