Job Type : Full-Time, Onsite
We are currently seeking a dedicated School Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team.This full-time, onsite role will provide therapy services to K-12 students , helping them achieve their educational goals through individualized interventions and support.
Key Responsibilities :
- Evaluate and assess students' fine motor, sensory, and functional skills.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to improve students' participation in school activities.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to integrate therapy strategies into the classroom.
- Provide direct therapy sessions and document student progress.
- Offer consultation and training to school personnel on therapeutic techniques.
- Maintain compliance with school policies and state regulations.
Qualifications :
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Illinois.
- Experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families.
