Responsibilities :
- Accurately sort, handle, load, and unload parcels and packages.
- Safely operate machinery and equipment to manage heavy packages.
- Follow company policies and safety protocols to ensure proper handling of sensitive materials.
- Assist with inventory management and track packages for timely deliveries.
- Collaborate with the team to improve package handling processes.
- Keep the work area clean and organized to support smooth operations.
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to consistently and safely lift up to 50 lbs.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Prior warehouse or package handling experience is a bonus but not necessary.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
