A local well-established State Farm agency in Scottsdale, AZ, has an immediate need for a Receptionist / Front Office Representative.

Position Overview :

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our agency, greeting clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.

You will handle administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, managing appointments, and organizing documents.

We are looking for a proactive individual who can multitask effectively and maintain a high level of organization. As our Receptionist / Front Office Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations in our office and contributing to the overall success of the agency.

This is an in-office position. Please only apply if you are able and willing to work in the Scottsdale, AZ office location.

Responsibilities :

  • Welcoming clients and visitors with a warm and friendly attitude.
  • Handling incoming phone calls and transferring them to the appropriate staff members.
  • Scheduling appointments and managing the office calendar.
  • Maintaining an organized filing system for important documents and records.
  • Assisting the team with administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.

Requirements

  • Must have a current P&C license
  • Must work in the office location
  • Recent State Farm experience (preferred)
  • Positive Attitude / demeanor
  • Great Work Ethic
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in an office management role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
