Job Summary : Our client is seeking a Training Supervisor for their Valencia, CA location. The Training Supervisor will oversee the training team and manage all aspects of training and development for front-line employees, focusing on knowledge and skill needs.
This position requires a strategic approach to training, collaboration with internal stakeholders, and delivering effective learning interventions.
Job Responsibilities :
- Supervise the training team to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Develop a strategic training plan for the contact center.
- Analyze employee skill gaps and anticipate training needs.
- Implement various learning interventions to drive high performance.
- Deliver engaging training programs that result in skill transfer.
- Maintain accurate training materials and documentation.
- Set performance standards for new hires and support their transition to on-the-job performance.
- Manage the training budget and identify investments aligned with business objectives.
- Establish mechanisms for measuring learning outcomes and demonstrating business impact.
Qualifications :
- 3+ years of supervisory experience.
- 3+ years of training development and delivery experience, preferably in a contact center.
- Strong understanding of instructional design and adult education principles.
- Proficiency in selecting and employing various instructional methods.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
- Exceptional instructional design and content production skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; experience with e-learning development tools preferred.
