Job Summary

The Sr. Data Analyst will assume responsibility for the data, tracking and reporting tied to our digital optimization efforts.

The role will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to optimize the customer experience across our ecommerce, pharmacy and loyalty lines of business, ultimately driving higher engagement and conversion among digital users.

Responsibilities

• Collect, report, and analyze data from various sources, such as Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Analytics and internal pharmacy systems
• Work both independently to oversee multiple outreach projects simultaneously and collaboratively with individuals across pharmacy, analytics and marketing to ensure measurement is in place and identify potential optimization opportunities, leading with supporting data and / or hypotheses
• Utilize data visualization skills to create impactful presentations that clearly communicate insights across tracking, reporting and measurement for any level of the organization,
• Stay up to date with latest trends and best practices in data analytics

Drug-Free Workplace Policy

Note to All Applicants Regarding Rite Aid’s Drug-Free Workplace Policy : Rite Aid maintains a strict policy prohibiting illegal drug activity and using, being under the influence of, or possessing illegal drugs and / or alcohol during the Work Day as well as on Company Property as defined in Rite Aid’s Drug-Free Workplace Policy.
