A key client of Kelly’s, a startup tech company based in Palo Alto, is seeking a Human Resources Manager on a direct hire basis.
DETAILS Direct hire, permanent from day one!* Salary is between $120k-$135k (might go higher for the right talent)* Excellent medical / dental / vision benefits, 401k, ample vacation / PTO / sick time, and a very positive working environment!* Must go into the office daily, but extremely flexible in terms of start and end times, and can differ daily* Reason why this position is open : Company has 50 employees and is expected to at least double in size over the next few years*RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain the HR compliance and operations alongside outside HR consulting firm* Assist with hiring / termination paperwork and background screenings* Lead new hire orientations and company trainings* Respond to employee inquiries* Recommend compliance improvements as company grows* Maintain HRIS data* Additional human resources related ad hoc projects*QUALIFICATIONS : Must at least two years of experience with a startup* Tech industry is preferred but not required* Bachelor's degree and / or HR certification required* Minimum five years of experience as a human resource professional* Must have managed others in some capacity* A human resource generalist looking for a promotion to the manager level will suffice if the above qualifications are met*What happens next*Once you apply, you’ll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
