Our non-profit client in Culver City is hiring a Recruiter on a contract-to-hire basis. This is an onsite role, and the Recruiter will oversee the hiring process from start to finish including onboarding and compliance.
Some of the positions the Recruiter will oversee include Registered Behavior Technician, Conduct Specialist, SLS Technician, and corporate administrative roles.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience.
Additional responsibilities include :
- Develop and implement creative recruiting strategies tailored to the health care sector and in line with the organization's objectives.
- Conduct full recruitment process for vacancies : write job descriptions, post ads, screen applications, conduct interviews, negotiate salaries and prepare job offers.
- Establish and nurture beneficial relationships with universities, job agencies, healthcare institutions, and other potential sources of quality candidates.
- Engage in job fairs and recruitment events, effectively presenting the organization's vision and job opportunities.
- Work closely with our HR team to develop a comprehensive understanding of job requirements, organizational structure, and hiring needs.
- Keep accurate and complete records of all recruitment tasks, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational policies.
- Analyze recruitment key performance indicators (KPIs) and use the data to make better recruiting decisions, improve efficiency, and outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience as a Recruiter, preferably within healthcare non-profit organizations.
Familiarity with ABA is a huge plus. Hours are Monday Friday from 9-5 : 30PM. Pay is based on experience, bewteen $30-35 / hr.
- Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now
- Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
- Experience with Careerbuilder and CRM systems
- Knowledge of About Time and Applicant Track System
- Ability to conduct Background Checks
- Proficiency in Benefit Functions
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in Corporate Recruiting
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Prior experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
